Fire Investigations

The Lincoln County Fire Protection District #1 is committed to providing a safer community for our residents through several fire prevention methods. One of those methods is the thorough investigation of fire incidents in our district. We have state certified fire investigators on staff who are responsible for investigating structural fires and determining the cause and origin of those fires. The resulting information is then used in fire safety education, ordinance enhancement and the prosecution of arson crimes.
